ABBYLEE has strict quality control measures in place. Since 2019, ABBYLEE has obtained the ISO9001:2015 certification for its quality management system, which will be valid until 2023. After the expiration of the certification in 2019, ABBYLEE applied for and successfully obtained the ISO9001:2015 certification for its quality management system. Furthermore, in 2023, ABBYLEE also acquired the ISO13485 certification for the manufacturing and sales of plastic products, ensuring quality management for medical device clients.

Additionally, in 2023, ABBYLEE introduced the Keyence 3D measurement instrument for maintaining precision in the production of various products such as prototype products, precision CNC machining products, injection molded products, and metal fabricated products.

In addition to quality management in their joint-stock factory, ABBYLEE's project team also has its own quality control standards. This dedication to quality ensures that ABBYLEE delivers products of the highest standard to its customers, creating significant value.

A comprehensive Quality Control system is an essential component of ensuring the consistency and reliability of products or services. It encompasses a range of procedures and protocols designed to monitor, evaluate, and maintain the standards of output. The primary aim of a Quality Control system is to identify and rectify any deviations or defects in the production process, thereby guaranteeing that the end result meets the specified criteria for performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

To achieve these objectives, a systematic approach is adopted, involving the establishment of clear quality standards, regular inspections and testing throughout the production lifecycle, and the documentation of all findings and corrective actions. This allows for the identification of trends or recurring issues, enabling the implementation of preventative measures to address root causes.

Another key aspect of a robust Quality Control system is the involvement of personnel at all levels of the organization. Training and continuous improvement programs help foster a culture of quality consciousness and empowerment, encouraging proactive participation in maintaining high standards.

Ultimately, a well-designed Quality Control system not only instills confidence in the end user but also drives operational efficiency and minimizes waste. By consistently adhering to established quality protocols, organizations can differentiate themselves in the marketplace and build a reputation for delivering superior products and services.
