Rapid prototyping is a technique used in product development to quickly create physical prototypes of a design. This process enables designers and engineers to validate and test their ideas before moving on to full-scale production.

When customizing prototypes, we have four types of prototype processing.When we choose which prototype processing method to use, we should consider the structure, materials, tolerances, etc. of the product.Then choose the most appropriate processing solution and make a good prototype.

 C.Vacuum Casting

Vacuum Casting uses liquid metal or plastic and other materials to fill a mold, then cool and solidify, forming the desired part or model.

It should be noted that among vacuum forming processing materials, for example, ABS is not real ABS. We choose materials similar to ABS, which have similar properties to ABS. The same goes for other materials.
