We are a manufacturer and trading integrating company with over 20 years of experience in a range of customized products, including rapid prototyping, mould tooling, injection molding, metal fabrication, rubber silicone compression and assembly work. We have our own injection workshop ,assembly room and trading company, besides we achieve resource integration and benefit sharing through cross-shareholding in the factories of Mould Making and metal fabrication.
2.How to get a quotation from your company?

We would be very appreciated if you could kindly send the requirements for the product, including material, surface finish, quantity, product application, and quality inspection requirements, along with the 3D drawings (STEP or IGES is OK for us) to abby.xie@xmabbbylee.com .We will provide a quotation within 16 hours.
3.I don't have the 3D drawing at the moment, I just have 2D drawing and could you give me a quote?

If you only have a 2D drawing for metal fabrication, we can provide a quote based on that. However, if you need a quote for plastic injection or silicone rubber compression, we can only provide an estimated quote. The accurate price will be offered once the 3D drawing is finished.
4.Could you recommend the material and surface finish for me?

If you have not yet selected a material for your application, we can provide guidance and assistance based on your description. We can help you choose the best working method and recommend the most suitable material.
5.What is the quotation validity?

The quotation is typically valid for 30 days from the date it is provided, unless there is a fluctuation of more than 5% in the currency rate or raw material prices.
6.What is your payment terms and payment method?

50% T/T with order ,50% T/T before shipment is suitable for us. After 12 months of cooperation, our financial department will assess your reputation and order history to potentially improve the payment terms accordingly. Wire transfer, Paypal and Alibaba payment is OK for us.
7.What is the produce day upon PO ?

For prototype projects, it typically takes 5-10 days to complete. For mold projects, the production time is longer and can range from 15-45 days.
8.How do you control the product quality?

We ensure product quality through a strict and comprehensive inspection process. This includes utilizing advanced inspection jigs and Keyence machine, as well as having a professional QC team in place. The finished products must successfully pass this inspection flow in order to be approved for shipment. Before shipment, we will send our QC sheet, detailed pic and detailed video for your to confirm firstly.
9.Do you help to arrange shipment?
